Flash Talk

  • Students and general participants can choose to participate in either poster presentation or poster presentation + flash talk.
  • Flash talk participants please choose Poster and Flash Talk options during conference registration.
  • The Flash Talk presentation time is for 3 minutes (Slides: not exceeding 3 slides excluding title and thank you slide). Please refer to the PowerPoint preparation instructions (Click here).
  • The Flash talk in the conference is limited to 10 participants and the selected participants will be notified in Abstract acceptance letter.

  • Each presenter is required to upload the presentation at the Presenters Desk at least 4 hours before the session starts. The confidentiality of your material will be maintained, with all files deleted from the computer at the conclusion of each session.
