Payment:

Payment of registration fee is compulsory during registration. Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, and MasterCard are acceptable).
Student participants will be asked to upload proof of student status (Student ID with the academic year) during the online registration process.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Before August 1st, 2025: 50% refund
After August 1st, 2025: Non-refundable
Note: For payments received by credit cards, the refund will be processed on the same credit card.
