Poster Presentation

Please follow these instructions carefully for preparation of your poster. We will be unable to accommodate posters prepared in the wrong format.

  • Presenters are requested to use portrait / vertical orientation to prepare the poster.
  • Poster size (Maximum)：A0 (W841mm×H1189mm).
  • Material for mounting posters on the board will be provided in the poster area.
  • Posters should be hung by the authors. DO NOT MAIL YOUR POSTER.
  • A Reference number will be assigned to your abstract. Authors will be notified of this information by email before the Conference
  • Posters can be mounted from 15:00-17:00 on Nov 4th and can remain on display until the end of the Conference. All the posters should be removed by 17:00 on Nov 8th. All the remaining posters will be discarded by the Secretariat of the Conference.
  • Authors are encouraged to be present at their posters during the session allocated for discussions and questions.

All presenters are required to pay their own registration, accommodation, and travel expenses. 5th ISFSI congress, the society, or any affiliated institution cannot subsidize registration fees, travel, or hotel costs.
