Abstract Guidelines

We welcome abstract submissions for oral presentation and poster presentations. All abstracts should be submitted and presented in English.

The presenting author has to complete the registration, registration fee payment and submission before June 1st, 2025. The abstracts of participants who have completed both registration and registration fee payment will be sent for review to the committee.
Note: Abstracts submitted beyond the deadline can be allowed for poster presentation but will not be included in the conference proceedings.

The presenting author has to register for the conference and submit the abstract. The presenting author name and email address during registration should match the name and email address in the submitted abstract.

Each applicant can submit only one abstract to the event. Abstracts may not be edited/updated after submission. If your abstract does not fit the guideline, it will automatically be rejected without notice.

Abstracts submitted for "oral presentation preferred" may not be accepted as oral presentations due to the limited number of available time slots in each session and thus will be automatically moved to Poster session.

The Review Committee will review all the abstracts submitted and the presenting author will receive a notice of abstract acceptance or rejection via e-mail before August 1st, 2025
